What Causes Laptop Heat Problem?
Laptops are the most common type of computer with computer heating problems. Because laptops do not have as large a volume as desktop computers. This does not mean that desktop computers will not heat up. But most heating problems are seen in laptop type computers.
Your computer may have more than one heating problem. Some of these problems may be hardware related and some may be software related. It would not be right to attribute the computer heating problem to a single cause.

Is the Heating Problem Harmful?
The degree of computer overheating is important. It would not be correct to give a direct clear answer on this issue. Because computers automatically turn themselves off when they reach a certain temperature.
The reason why they turn themselves off automatically is to prevent any damage to the computer hardware. If the computer exceeds the maximum temperature, the solder on your components will probably melt from the heat. Not only the solder but also the plastics inside your computer can melt.
Your computer automatically shuts down to prevent such situations. But the problem of constant computer heating can cause malfunctions in the hardware. You may encounter situations such as cramping and freezing on your computer.
In order to keep your computer cooler, I've prepared a few items on how to remove heat. If you follow the items below one by one, your computer will reach a lower temperature than its usual temperature.
1-Change Your Thermal Paste
Thermal pasteis a creamy substance that connects the processor and the processor fan. When your processor fan rotates, it cools the metal under the fan. The cooled metal bonds with the processor with the help of thermal paste and cools the processor.
Events such as drying and aging of the thermal paste in between disconnect the cooling metal from the processor and cause the processor to heat up. The processor, which constantly generates heat inside your computer, radiates heat inside the case and causes other parts of the computer to heat up. This situation is sufficient for the computer heating problem.
In this case, you may encounter problems such as freezing and cramping on your computer. This is why you need to change your thermal paste regularly. If you change it once a year, it will be enough for you.
Regular computer cleaning can be enough to prevent computer overheating. If you don't clean for a long time, the inside of your case can turn into a garbage dump. On most computers, if you don't clean for a long time, layers of dust will accumulate around the fan.
Because the dust is layered, it retains heat and does not release it. This is not only true for the fan. When your motherboard is covered with dust, it traps heat inside like a blanket. Since the heat can't escape, it can also heat other components and cause the computer to slow down.
Clean your computer thoroughly with cleaning brushes. You can also use an air blower or vacuum cleaner to remove any remaining dust. Cleanliness is one of the most important factors affecting the temperature of the computer.
3-Do not use heavy programs for long periods of time
Using heavy programs can strain your computer after a while. Your computer will automatically start to heat up because it spends a lot of performance. Friends who use a laptop know that when a heavy program is opened, the laptop fan starts to speed up.
Because the strained computer heats up, the fans start to work faster to cool it down. Take care not to use heavy programs. If you need to use them, use them in certain periods.
4-Expose all sides of your computer
When you are using your computer, the case should not be closed. Of course, you can put it on the computer desk and there is no problem with that. But otherwise, if the fans of your computer are blocked, the heat will accumulate inside.
Fans are responsible for exhausting the hot air inside your computer. If you block the fans in a way that cuts off the heat and air flow, the hot air will be trapped inside and the temperature will increase as long as it stays inside.
The presence of hot air inside means that other components also heat up. You need to be sensitive about this to reduce the temperature of your computer. Otherwise, some parts of your computer may cause problems.
5-Install Extra Fan
Many people have never thought of this, or have thought of it but didn't want to bother. This method will work most of the time. If your computer is getting hot, an additional fan may be enough to cool it down.
We have already mentioned that fans are used to remove heat. An additional fan means more heat is removed. If you install an additional fan, the heat flow will be stimulated and you will be able to cool your computer.
6-Leave a Computer Door Open
Keeping a lid open on your computer can sometimes be dangerous. If there are small children or pets in the house, they can get a limb caught in the computer fan through the open cover.
With this in mind, you can open a cover on the computer. The open lid should always be facing the wall to avoid potential hazards. When you open the lid of your computer, there will be more heat flow and your computer will breathe.
